There are four different components that come with this exam fee. Firstly, there is the courseware that is needed to complete the curriculum. These courseware usually include workbooks, lesson plans, modules and study guides. On top of that, there is the human resource development resources that you need to hire a consultant for the certification and these include the hiring of the application developers, the human resource departments, the instructors and the other necessary staff members.
Lastly, the third component of the certification is the exam fee. There is only one proctored test that comes with the entire package. For this test, you will be evaluated on your knowledge in terms of planning and strategy implementation, cost management, HVAC systems and energy efficiency. On top of that, there are two levels of certification that you can attain from the program. The first is the Associate’s Certification. The second level of the certification is the Commercial HVAC Law Specialist Certification. For individuals who would like to specialize in the field of HVAC or those who are looking to take the exams for the first time, then this is the right certification for you. This exam covers the areas of refrigeration maintenance, industrial refrigeration and ventilation systems, building ventilation and air conditioning systems and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. This exam fee is much more expensive than the other two levels of certification. It is recommended for individuals who need to have the additional training and ability to apply certain principles in their work.
There are other certifications offered by Puppet Labs as well. For example, if you are a commercial real estate manager or the owner of a construction business, you can take the exam for the Manager of Construction Management and Specializations certification. If you have an accounting degree and want to become a property manager, then the Commercial Property Management Certification is for you. If you are an engineering manager or engineer and also want to specialize in HVAC, then you can go for the Specializations in Energy Processing or the Specialties in HVAC.
