Environmental Health & Safety Certifications are becoming more important now days for those that work in the environment. The certification that is gained through the OSHA or U.S. Department of Labor’s National Exposure Management Program (NEMO) can show employers that an individual has been trained to work safely within his or her particular industry. This certification can be a mark of excellence within the workplace. Not all employers however, are willing to pay thousands of dollars to gain this certification. There are however, alternative methods of getting your certification, and one of these is by paying someone to do the certification test for you.

Most people already know that the cost of getting those environmental health & safety certifications through NEMO is very high. In fact, it can be quite costly. This is because the government mandates certain minimum requirements for every certification and most training programs cannot meet these requirements. In addition to having the certification, there are other things that the employer will want to know about you as well. Some of those things include the type of driving that you have, the amount of time that you have worked in your particular field, and any additional training that you have received.

If you are willing to pay for your certification, you should expect that you will also receive some sort of award. Typically this award will be something that relates to your career choice. It may be an achievement plaque or perhaps a certificate of completion. However, if you are looking to get an award in memory of all of the people that lost their lives working in the environment, you can expect to receive a lifetime award.

Those individuals that obtain both the NEMO certification and the lifetime award will typically be able to merge these two awards into one. What many employers do, is they will purchase both the NEMO certification along with the Lifetime award from the same place that they purchase their certificate. By doing this, the employer will receive a discount for purchasing both.

Now that we have covered what a NEMO certification means, we need to take a look at what a lifetime award looks like. Generally speaking, it is awarded at the end of a long and involved job history. For example, if you have been in an internal audit department for 20 years, you would have received a lifetime award. On the other hand, if you went through the process of receiving a Management Accountant certificate, it would be possible for you to become a lifetime award holder.

There are a few different ways in which you can become certified. First off, you can become a certified Safety Training Specialist. This includes becoming a Certified Technical Trainer, which takes about two to four years of college and classroom study. The exam fee for this program is typically between nine hundred and one thousand dollars. However, it is not uncommon for students to pay up to fifteen thousand dollars to become certified. Therefore, this is a rather expensive program, although the rewards are great and worth the price.

Also, there are two other certifications that you can get in the safety training field. The first of these is the Certified Safety Professional (CSPT) certification. This is essentially the same as the Safety Training Specialist certification, except that you do not need to attend and pass exams in order to be certified as a CSPT. The application fee for this program is typically between two to five hundred dollars.

The last certification that we will discuss here is the Environmental Health & Safety Practitioner (EHSLP) certification. If you are interested in becoming a safety trained supervisor, the EHSLP exam fee is between five hundred and eight hundred dollars. Once you have paid the application fee, you will have immediate access to the EHSLP website. This will allow you to take an online test prior to taking the actual exam. After you have passed the test, you will be EHSLP certified and can start applying for jobs in your area.
