There are a lot of firms that hire the help of an Administrative Assistant Certification. This help includes answering phones, filing and copying documents, making copies of documents, taking appointments and running training programs for staff. The typical duties of an A-rated administrative assistant include these very same tasks. Many companies also pay someone to do the certification test for the employees that need it, such as new hires or people who pass the certification exam for the first time.
