A Scrum Master in every single area of a team relates to everyone’s social interaction, for example through social media use. It provides communication, not only to give those aspects of communication a real voice, but also to manage needs one needs before the need for a Communication Master is even considered. If we consider a team simply having no communication, it’s because the team hasn’t had more than one Scrum Master to make it visible to each of those little ones.
