This study will explore the experiences of these participants in an answer-to-task event where we will provide feedback from a self-assessment report and develop a pilot experiment. Purpose: To share information with all stakeholders concerned with HR strategic communications, provide feedback from a self-assessment survey and develop a pilot experiment which includes feedback on the experience level and the manner in which it unfolds. The results can be shared in an e-mail event presentation. Abstract: A survey of professional HR participants representing over 20 schools in 4 colleges of engineering was conducted. Included in the survey was 1-year management experience, 3-year professional coaching experience, and some other relevant experience experience. The survey was designed in an attempt to inform the reader of the experience level achieved by a representative of the position. The results in this survey cover all three experience level exposures and indicate that the process should not be considered exclusive given HRS expert educational practices. As an initial research experience, we compared an initial interview with a survey of participants selected from the existing HR hiring database. We did not include data from out-of-region HR hiring agencies, which is essential to our research. In addition, the result of the 2011 survey might be interpreted as a result of an increased preference given to management team members. This research indicates that there are very few senior management experience research participants who could perceive the HRS experience as positive. This can be clearly attributed to numerous reasons, except specific one. Staff in the existing HR hiring database are involved in some of these issues and have not received formal training yet.
