The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of what is involved in this process. The program cost of UCI innovation & product development is less than two-thirds the cost of the examination given at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITA.) In addition to the low cost, this training offers practical, hands-on experience from successful project managers. Successful project managers have been chosen to participate in these programs because they possess the following attributes:
ScrumMaster: This is a basic certification. A scrum master is a person who has successfully completed a basic master’s degree in any field that involves group interaction. This includes all courses on project management. ScrumMasters are typically hired by medical device companies or law firms as a system integration or test engineer. If you want to become a scrummaster, you need to complete a 300-hour accredited online training course, pass a written exam, and complete a final project management exam.
UCI Audit Certification: This is another basic certification. If you want to work as a senior audit manager or assistant to a certified public accountant, you will need to obtain the certification. This is a combination of course work and exam. To be eligible for audit certification, you need to have completed a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and a two-year certified public accounting internship. Candidates applying must have passed a certified public accounting exam.
Human Capital Management Certification: This is one of the higher-level professional certifications. To be eligible, you need to have completed a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and a two-year certified human capital management internship. Candidates applying to Human Capital Management Certification should have completed courses in finance, human resources, and business administration. You also need to pass a four-part exam fee and have completed a core curriculum of global management theory, portfolio construction, and practice. Candidates who complete the entire certification program are then qualified to become a senior professional.
Associate’s in Science of Innovation and Product Development: To be eligible to apply for this certification, you need to be a senior professional with at least three years of experience. Candidates applying for this certification must first complete their 300-credit transferable associate’s degree from an accredited university or college. Upon completion of your transfer education, candidates must then complete the examination for this certification. Candidates must pay the $300 application fee.
UCI Innovation & Product Development Associate’s Degree: To enroll in this certification, you need to be a senior professional with at least three years of experience. Candidates applying for this certification must first complete their 300-credit transferable associate’s degree from an accredited university or college. Once you have graduated, you must then complete the certification examination for this certification. Candidates applying for this certification must also pay the application fee. There is no application fee in addition to the certificate fee.
UCI Innovation & Product Development provides two different options for graduates interested in this field. The Associate in Science of Innovation can be obtained through a campus-based program or through an online course. Each option has its own application fee.
