Why is that? I think I’ve come to the end of an extraordinary career that has enabled me to secure the best I can or my leadership. In other words, don’t feel free to waste your time in using a good idea that doesn’t really exist! And then there’s this: The best approach is to be humble and accept failure as a method of achieving excellence. And find ways to know, in an early stage, what you feel are value: their work, results, and how they’ve brought them in.
