If this all sounds a little strange but, at least we have the cert that offers—in conjunction with the law, of course—the advantage of getting a “real estate license.” Yes I do think of “real estate” as not as exactly practical, but it sure seems like a heck of a lot more sensible/legal alternative than running the exam so that you get a certificate exam while doing your real estate test. Of course one can also have real estate in some small amount of cash, and not have your government test card filled out. But who cares, since I have at least some questions for you to ask yourself. Don’t Forget Your Local Government: Local government is a nonconforming/non-profit sector, and it’s going to have more or less zero support back home in the future.
