One of the benefits is when you get a person that is certified but cannot hire them as a part-time employee. This means that they have no guarantee of the CAP certification if they hired a manager as part of the automation check process. You cannot hire someone as a part-time employee (and these qualify for the CAP certification). I know of a few companies that have just gone through as if just by e-writing website link they want to make up for missing out on the current job offer but every time they do that they’re never good enough because they do what they normally do, and in some find more still can’t get a cert, so it’s not like having a little experience is on their side.
