What is the SHRM-CP certification’s role in HR performance improvement and productivity? It’s unknown right now, and what does it mean to perform better HR performance improvement and productivity in the United States? In January 2017, DWP Certification gave out the Source certification to 13 employees — one of the first certification-related initiatives for service, technology, and community-based organizations. The certification gives agency partners and employees up to 33% of their overall service and productivity performance, while improving employee agency and organizational decision making. The certification also gives agency partners or agency partners where information on the certification can be found, an EEO perspective on in the workplace that aims to promote optimal employee performance as seen through a customized environment. The certification gives agency partners and employees the authority to define the terms and performance objectives for their organization for IT, management and others sectors and to seek the best management, coordination, and goal set for all disciplines. This is a recent initiative to ensure that organizations implement and promote SHRM-CP certification standards when working outside their context.
